I am half way through a WONDERFUL book called, Feminine Appeal" by Carolyn Mahaney. This is proving to be a challenging book as I'm learning to look at my roles as mom, wife, partner, and child of God a little differently. Some of it is not "new" information but, said in just the right way at the right time, has been powerful, nonetheless.

how in the world do you plan this out in advance? holy cow! so impressive! and of course I am not going to have to look into the health books you listed. *sigh*
ReplyDeleteha,ha.. well, I'm neurotic! I think that helps a lot! LOL! I seem to always see books I want to read here and there or hear someone recommend but usually don't remember them, unless I write them down. So, then I started it as a goal list last year! I read 35 books during the year I turned 35 (well, that was the goal - more like 30, I think). Anyway, I paired down my quantity to make room for quality this year and I like having a place to keep my 'To Read' list. Ok, that explanation just solidified my neurosis! :)
ReplyDeleteOOPS. I just looked back and put NOT when I meant NOW...hehe. I meant NOW I had to read these health books!
